The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the city center. The service exceeded our expectations, with the staff always at our service and quick to respond to our requests. The room was comfortable and well-equipped, with all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. The on-site dining options were also excellent, offering delicious meals and a cozy atmosphere. We especially enjoyed the leisure facilities, including the spa and swimming pool, which provided a much-needed escape for relaxation.
We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

We had a fantastic stay with great location and delicious breakfast nearby many seafood restaurants and lovely sights. Our room was spotless, with comfortable bedding and stunning views. the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. We also loved the gym and pool facilities that were clean and well-maintained.
The room service could have been better organized and some of the gym equipment needs to be updated.

Had an amazing New Year's stay with great service. the staff were super friendly and helpful especially at check-in. the breakfast buffet and room service food were delicious. the location was great for exploring the city and had easy access to transportation.

During my Xmas holiday in Makassar, I stayed in a hotel located in the city center which was very convenient for me to explore the city. The breakfast offered a decent variety of food, and I liked that they had both local and western options. , the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout my stay.
My experience was not entirely positive. The cleanliness of the room left much to be desired, as I noticed hair on the bathroom floor and a dirty kettle.
